1. This notice covers the Aetos apps
Aetos Data Consulting LLC ("Aetos," "we," or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage, in the apps we run on aetos-data.com and its subdomains: the TPS Snapshot, TPS Report checkout, the Tabletop exercise platform (Talon Peak, at talonpeak.aetos-data.com), and the Aerie client workspace, including Share Rooms, at aerie.aetos-data.com. This notice explains what the apps use, why, and how you control it. Cookies and similar technologies on our website pages are covered by our Website Cookie Declaration above, which Cookiebot keeps up to date. How we handle the information involved is described in our Product Privacy Notice.
2. The apps store what they need and what you choose
Most of what the apps store on your device keeps you signed in, connects you to a live session, or protects checkout. These items are necessary to provide the feature you request, so they are set without asking first. Aerie can remember your light or dark display choice, and Talon Peak can remember your theme and screen layout, but only if you choose to remember them on your device. Changing a display setting alone does not save it across visits. You can reset saved display choices in the relevant app to remove them. We do not use statistics or marketing cookies or similar technologies in the apps.
If an app uses a storage or access technology that needs your consent, we will ask before using it. You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time through the controls on our Website Cookie Declaration above. For saved display choices, use the reset control in that app. Your choice applies from that point on.
3. What each app stores on your device
Cookiebot's automated scans cannot sign in to Aerie or join a live Tabletop session, so these items do not appear in the website declaration and are listed here instead. Display choices are optional and are saved only when you ask us to remember them. The last column describes storage on your device, which can outlast the session or access it supports.

4. Checkout links and email tracking
The "Get my full report" link in our emails takes you to checkout without recording the click against your customer record for marketing purposes. Our report-delivery and checkout emails do not use optional open or click tracking. We still use identifiers needed to connect your purchase to the report you requested and to deliver it. Our Product Privacy Notice explains that processing.
5. You can also control cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings at any time. If you block necessary items, you may be signed out of Aerie, lose your place in a live Tabletop session, or be unable to complete checkout. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for cross-site advertising, and we do not sell information collected through them.
6. We will tell you when this notice changes
We will post any update with a new effective date. If an app starts using new storage or access technologies, we will add them to Section 3 or the linked Website Cookie Declaration, as appropriate. If we add a technology that needs your consent, we will ask for it before using it.
